Melanie Ebanks, Cayman’s young singing sensation, will be performing in another Charity Concert with friends, Rory Mann, David Verhoeven, Lani Bothwell and two surprise guests. Glen Inanga will be accompanying the performers in a concert called “Cocktails and Cabaret”.

The “cabaret” style show will feature musical theatre–ranging from past hits such as Company to the latest Tony and BAFTA winning performances of Matilda and Once.

ALL the proceeds will be going to the late Zak Quappe Memorial Scholarship Fund. After Zak’s tragic death last May the scholarship was set up by his family to provide funding for a young aspiring pilot to afford flight school. Zak was a flight instructor with the Cayman Flying Club at the time of his death. Zak was 21 years old.

The organiser’s goal is to raise $3,000 for Zak’s charity.

There will only be TWO performances of Cocktails and Cabaret, both at the Prospect Playhouse, Red Bay, commencing with Happy Hour at 6:30pm followed by the concert itself at 7:00pm. The dates are Friday August 23^rd and Saturday August 24^th.
