The Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP) held its 7th Annual Top Employer Gala on 1 December at the Marriott Beach Resort drawing HR teams from 20 companies across the island.

Conyers Dill & Pearman had reason to celebrate, winning not one but two prestigious awards. For the second consecutive year, they were presented with the Best Place To Work award in the large business category and also took first place in a new sub category CAHRE (CISHRP Awards for Human Resources Excellence), recognising HR excellence in learning and development, a nod to their summer internship programme.

Kevin Butler, Head of the Cayman Islands Office said: “We are delighted to have once again received recognition for our efforts in HR over the past year. We understand the importance of creating an exemplary workplace for our team and have made significant strides forward in delivering this. We are, and will remain, committed to our corporate social responsibilities and supporting the local communities.”
