Conyers’ Tania Dons speaks at inaugural Cayman Finance members briefing
Tania Dons, partner at the Cayman Islands’ office spoke at the Cayman Finance inaugural members briefing as a director of Cayman Finance and the chair of the members committee thereof.
Tania informed the audience that the membership of Cayman Finance was growing and now included 46 member firms representing well over 2,000 individuals. Tania also stated that Cayman Finance is truly representative and inclusive of Cayman’s financial services industry.
Cayman Finance is the lead organisation representing the Cayman Islands’ financial services industry. The briefing event was attended by over 170 people from the financial services industry in Cayman and was designed as a platform to showcase the value the organisation brings to the financial services industry, as well as to highlight successes from 2015 and look ahead to 2016.
Distinguished guests included Her Excellency the Governor, Mrs Helen Kilpatrick, the Premier, Hon Alden M McLaughlin, the Honorable Wayne Panton, Minister for Financial Services, Commerce and Environment, the Honorable Marco Archer, Minister for Finance and Economic Development, and the Honorable Osbourne Bodden, Minister for Community Affairs, Youth and Sports.
