WestStar, the parent company of local television station CITN/Cayman 27, have joined forces with Cayman Crime Stoppers and the reward for information leading to the capture of escaped prisoner Marcus Manderson has been doubled to $2,000.

Jeremy Elmas, WestStar’s Chief Operations Officer said on News27 last Thursday (12), “After reporting on this story for quite some time we decided that we would move off of the sidelines and actually participate in trying to create a better community and raising the awareness of Crime Stoppers which we think provide a very important function for the community.”
