Further to the earlier press releases on the subject of the retirement of Mr Donovan Ebanks and the appointment of Mr Franz Manderson as the next Deputy Governor and Head of the Civil Service, it is now confirmed that Mr Ebanks’ last working day before taking up retirement will be Tuesday, 31 January and Mr Manderson will take up the position on 1 February.

Governor Duncan Taylor has today stated: “I wish to take this opportunity to thank Donnie for all his hard work, dedication and commitment shown over his long and distinguished career in the public service and for the support and advice he has given me since I took up my responsibilities as Governor two years ago. I wish him all the very best on his retirement.
