Digicel Business fast tracks Caymanian talent
Wednesday 15th January 2014: Digicel Business, the region’s leading full service business solutions partner, today proudly announced that Wilmer Stroble Hydes has been appointed to the role of Digicel Business Corporate Account Manager and Nadia Powery as Digicel Business Sales Executive
Wilmer joined Digicel Business from Cayman Airways where he worked as a flight attendant. During that time, the Savannah native learned the importance of always putting the customers’ needs first, which is something he has brought to his new role in Digicel Business.
As Corporate Account Manager, Wilmer will play an integral role in the Digicel Business team as it introduces the latest products and services for corporate customers – supported by Digicel’s recently-launched LTE network. In his role, Wilmer will be responsible for ensuring that customers’ needs are being met through the delivery of tailored solutions that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Nadia Powery joins the team from the Westin Resort and hails from the district of West Bay. With a BA in Marketing from Florida University and eight years B2B sales experience, Powery is looking forward to bringing her unique skill set to the team.
