The Caribbean Premier League (CPLT20) is the newest cricket tournament to hit the Caribbean. It is an annual Twenty/20 cricket series created to hype, thrill and highlight the great sporting discipline that is cricket in the Caribbean.

Digicel is poised and ready to execute the biggest cricket party at the Beausejour Cricket Grounds for all three match days and customers can expect lively entertainment, fantastic giveaways and loads of excitement.

This new CPL twenty/20 tournament will see a total of 24 matches being play by six franchise teams, representing six countries. A distinct and varied Caribbean flair will be felt with all six franchise teams set to participate and deliver electrifying performances. Antigua Hawksbills, Barbados Tridents, Guyana Amazon Warriors, Jamaica Tallawahs, St Lucia Zouks and Trinidad & Tobago Red Steel are ready to represent their territories with local, regional and international players.

This 26-day sporting extravaganza will start 30th July 2013 with the Barbados Tridents and St. Lucia Zouks playing each other in the inaugural match at the Kingston Oval cricket ground.

St. Lucian pride will be on full display as the tournament continues right here for a three day showmanship of some of the greatest twenty20 cricket ever. Fun, entertainment and an abundance of high scoring cricket action will be enjoyed by all. August 6th, 8th and 10th are the days marked for the Beausejour Cricket Stadium to come alive.

Digicel has ensured the very best in entertainment will greet all cricket fans as Digicel dancers, performances from triple crown holder; reigning Power, Groovy and Road March Monarch Ricky T, DJ HP, DYP Band, Sir Lancealot, Stilt Walkers, local drumming and so much more will turn the Beausejour Cricket Grounds into the “Biggest Party in Sport”.

Huge giveaways are in store for patrons at the Beausejour Grounds with the “Digicel Hot Seat” promotion.
