Kiwi Cocktail

- 5 kiwi (peeled, finely chopped)
- 3 limes (cut into wedges)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 ounces vodka
- 3 cups soda water
Directions
- Combine kiwi, lime, mint and sugar. Pound with the end of a rolling pin until crushed. Distribute between 4 serving glasses. Add vodka then fill glasses with crushed ice. Top with soda water. Serve immediately.
