Watermelon Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice (plus extra if needed)
- 2 ounces ice cubes (coconut milk)
- 2 cups frozen watermelon chunks (plus extra chunks or wedges for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds (for topping, if desired)

Instructions
- Add orange juice, coconut milk ice cubes and frozen watermelon chunks to a blender and blend on high speed, stopping often to smash down all ingredients and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Blend until smooth, texture should be comparable to a sorbet. If needed, add one tablespoon of OJ at a time to help with blending, but remember, the mixture should be thick.
- Transfer to a bowl, arranging watermelon chunks or wedge on top. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
