Drug Discovery – Bodden Town
On Thursday 14th June 2012 officers from the RCIPS Marine Unit on offshore patrol in the Bodden Town District, observed a suspicious package floating in the water.
The officers examined the package and found the contents to be ganja. A further search of the water and beach areas resulted in further discoveries.
The RCIPS is investigating this matter and is appealing for anyone with information relating to this drug discovery to contact the Serious Crime and Drugs Task Force.
Investigations into this discovery are on-going.
