Dylan Wiltermuth joins Appleby’s Cayman corporate finance practice as an associate

Appleby has expanded its corporate finance practice in the Cayman Islands with the appointment of Dylan Wiltermuth, who joins as an associate specialising in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

This is the fourth senior appointment to the practice in less than two months.

Prior to joining Appleby, Wiltermuth was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis International’s London office, where he specialised in corporate finance. Before joining Kirkland Ellis, he worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Wiltermuth graduated from Bond University with a first-class Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice.

Appleby has announced that Eilis Kerford and Edward Perkins have received qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Both Kerford and Perkins qualified as ACCA members this month, having completed 14 exams in fundamental and professional areas, taking four years to complete. They both passed all exams first time round.

The newly chartered certified accountants joined Appleby in June 2013 following its acquisition of Caledonian Fund Services (Europe). The dedicated funds team, Appleby Fund Services (Isle of Man), provides fund administration and management to a range of offshore funds, as well as accounting and reporting services for managed account platforms and standalone investor services.
