Elections Office: issuing of voter cards – UPDATE
The Elections Office is extending the hours during the weekday for Voter ID cards in order to ensure as many persons as possible have the opportunity to receive their ID. The last day to collect a voter’s card from the Elections Office is Friday May 10, 2013.
The hours as of today (Fri):
Friday May 3, 2013: 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Saturday May 4, 2013: elector registration cards will be distributed at Foster’s Food Fair Airport, George Town from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. No cards will be printed at this location.
Also, on Saturday May 4, 2013 cards will be distributed and printed at Foster’s Food Fair Republix, West Bay from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Monday, May 6 to Friday May 10, 2013: 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
The Elections Office will cease production of electors registration cards as of Friday 10th May, 2013 in order to allow for identification cards to be provided to Elections Officers, Candidates, Agents and Observers.
