Due to the impending approach of Tropical Depression Nine and the current predictions of the path of the storm, Water Authority – Cayman would like to advise the public that the Red Gate office in Grand Cayman will close at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, 23 September 2022 to the public until further notice, to allow for hurricane preparations. 

Our Cayman Brac office will maintain normal office hours for Friday, 23 September 2022 after which it will be closed to the public until further notice. Therefore, no emergency water delivery orders will be accepted on Sunday.

Due to the impending storm conditions, customers who were disconnected for non-payment this week have now been reconnected.
