Enterprise Cayman Launches New Employment Database for Cayman Islands Job Seekers

New Employment Database to Connect Caymanian Talent with Opportunities in Cayman’s Special Economic Zones

George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (17 April 2025) – Enterprise Cayman recently announced the launch of a new Employment Database in partnership with Cayman Enterprise City (CEC). The employment database is an innovative online resource designed to connect Caymanians and residents with employment and career growth opportunities within CEC’s special economic zones (SEZs).

The database allows job seekers to connect directly with SEZ employers looking for talent, helping to match individuals with roles in emerging sectors and knowledge-based industries — including science, technology, FinTech, and media companies.

“Launching the employment database is a significant step toward building a more diverse economy in the Cayman Islands,” said Charlie Kirkconnell, Chairman of Enterprise Cayman and CEO of Cayman Enterprise City. “This platform will help connect Caymanians with leading companies in high growth sectors and empower them to explore and develop skills that are vital to our country’s future economic success.”

The database is open to all Caymanians and Cayman residents aged 18 and over. Registration to the database is free, and candidates can submit their interest in roles in a wide range of sectors. The database is fully anonymous. When a SEZ employer expresses interest in a candidate, Enterprise Cayman will facilitate a secure introduction. Each registration is valid for one year, with the opportunity to renew annually.

Once enrolled, job seekers will receive exclusive job alerts through the Enterprise Cayman Jobs Portal, invitations to career training sessions, industry networking events, and workshops. Cayman’s special economic zones by CEC is home to over 400 companies and hosts over 150 events per year. “With Enterprise Cayman there are countless opportunities to expand your network, connect with potential employers, and gain valuable skills. This is a fantastic way to grow professionally, meet industry leaders, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving job market,” said Deajra Tulloch, Marketing & Events Coordinator at CEC.
