Enterprise Cayman are pleased to invite you to register for the 2024 angel investment education programme, “Private Investment Mechanics”, in partnership with Clockwork and the Cayman Islands Investor Angel Society (CIIAS).

This one-day training course is designed to empower individuals with the tools to take on private investment opportunities and support seed and pre-seed business ventures in the Cayman Islands. Sessions are set to begin Friday, 25 October 2024, with a welcome happy hour that evening.

Participants will explore the five core pillars of private investment — Sourcing, Structuring, Due Diligence, Portfolio Monitoring, and Investment Lifecycle — through expert-led sessions. The programme will also include insights on legal and fiscal considerations from local legal professionals. The programme will conclude with a pitch session, followed by a networking opportunity to further engage with industry experts and peers.
