Estera donates dress-down funds to Cayman Islands HospiceCare
Families affected by the loss of a loved one will benefit from funds raised by Estera’s dress-down days.
Employees raised a total of US$6,320 over the past year, which will be donated to the fiduciary and administration services provider’s chosen charity, HospiceCare, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing dignified, quality comfortable care, free of charge, to everyone in the Cayman Islands living with cancer or other end-stage diseases.
Celia Russell, HR Manager at Estera Trust (Cayman) Limited, said: ‘We are proud to donate the funds raised through our dress-down days to HospiceCare. It is a special charity, offering support to families affected by the loss of a loved one. We hope this donation will provide some much-deserved support for the great work that they do throughout our community.’
Kerrie McMillan from HospiceCare added: ‘We are delighted to be supported by Estera in this way. We are always looking for new ways to improve the service we provide for our families, to give them the best support possible at such a difficult time. We fully appreciate our supporters for their kind donations, enabling us to continue the work we do.’
