Even though the items values only amounted to $4.10 former MLA for Cayman Brac and Little Cayman, Lyndon Martin, was arrested on suspicion of theft from Tibbetts Enterprises by the RCIPS last Saturday (31 Mar).

A police spokesperson said that officers from Cayman Brac Police were now investigating the matter. Martin also appeared in the Brac Summary Court last March in relation to the theft of more than $900 from the Creek and Spot Bay School PTA fundraiser last year and falsely tendering cheques from the PTA account for his personal use.
