Expert to assist Cayman and other Caribbean leaders in getting the most and best from their teams

Global Compliance Solutions, long a leader in helping financial service providers, is pleased to announce an agreement with sought after speaker and best-selling author Tim D. Keck to host a leadership conference for managers in all industries across Cayman and the Caribbean.

The seminar will drill down into the five tactical skills that all great leaders must master, which include motivating staff, holding others accountable and finding ways to improve people and process.

About Tim D. Keck

Tim D. Keck, a veteran of two decades of crime-fighting, retired from law enforcement as Chief of Police. He has taken what he learned about thriving in a high-stress, high-stakes profession and brought those lessons to corporate America. And the results have been phenomenal.

Tim is now the managing partner at Performance Insights, a management consultancy based in NW Arkansas. He has long been recognized as an innovative and successful leader both inside and outside of the law enforcement profession, has been quoted in publications from Newsweek to The New York Times and has made several appearances on national television.

During his police career, Chief Keck worked his way up through the ranks, serving in many capacities including Patrol Officer, K-9 Trainer, Detective Supervisor and SWAT Team Commander. Since joining the private sector, Tim has made a name for himself as an executive coach, consultant and keynote speaker. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s School of Law Enforcement Management, Tim is a certified professional coach.
