This new international Course has been designed by FA Learning to encompass the new FA Coaching Philosophy and introduce a series of technical and theoretical aspects related to coaching.

It is the first of three levels (Foundation, Intermediate, and License), which build upon each other and offer a comprehensive learning program for internationally based coaches.

The Foundation Course content includes:

. an introduction to coaching qualities

. player competencies

. session planning

. session evaluation

. the organization and running of a group run tournament

The practical elements will include:

. coaching session progression that vary depending on players’ abilities and time

Mr. Davis has experience coaching at the National premier league level and was recently drafted by the JFF to sit on a technical study group to assess the Jamaica games in the recently concluded CFU Men’s Under 20 Tournament.
