Coastal Cuisine Cooking Class
Award-winning chef Michael Farrell of the new restaurant Beach House treats us to a celebration of flavour. Inspired by our very own Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, you’ll be transported to a paradise of world-class coastal cuisine while learning professional techniques to use in your own kitchen. Camama Bay Aquatic Club 3rd Annual Open Water Swim Series
Join the Camana Bay Aquatic Club (CBAC) for a three-part series of family-friendly open water events. Open to swimmers of all ages and abilities, it’s a great way to learn a vital life skill, get wet and have fun! Little ones will enjoy a 200m Lollipop Dash, designed for swimmers 10 and under who are new to open water swimming, while more experienced swimmers can take part in the Sea Swim. Not ready to swim but still want to join in the fun? Water Walk participants will walk the full race distance in waist-deep water. Each event, the swim and walk will increase in distance by 200m, starting at a breezy 400m and building up to the final 800m challenge. There will be random prizes and post-race refreshments on Public Beach. Registration is CI$30 for a Series Package (all three races), CI$90 for a Family Package (all three races for two adults and two children) or CI$15 per race. All participants will receive a CBAC swim cap, and those who sign up for the Series or Family Package will each receive an Open Water Swim Series t-shirt. Taste of Cayman Food & Wine Festival
One of the largest culinary festivals in the Caribbean, Taste of Cayman gives foodies the opportunity to sample signature creations from over 45 local restaurants as they compete for the coveted “Best Of” awards. There will also be a heavy cake competition, a “mix off” cocktail competition, cooking demonstrations, live music from Swanky Kitchen Band and special guests ABBAMANIA, fireworks and the ever popular photo booth. Cayman Arts Festival Moonlight & Movies
Cayman Arts Festival and Camana Bay present a special Moonlight & Movies screening of Elmo’s Musical Adventure: Peter and the Wolf (2001, NR). In this Sesame Street adaptation, Elmo and friends retell the familiar fable while introducing children to the orchestra and its instruments.

Swan Lake
Following the success of The Nutcracker, Regal Cinemas and Camana Bay are pleased to present another spellbinding performance from the Royal Opera House just in time for Valentine’s Day. The 5km route follows a scenic double loop through Camana Bay’s Town Centre, starting and finishing between 62 Forum Lane and 89 Nexus Way. Sponsored by BritCay and presented by CARE (Cayman Animal Rescue Enthusiasts), the event raises funds for the organisation’s community spay and neuter programmes.
