Today’s world is as hectic as it can be. We’re all required to do multiple things at once to maximize time, effort, and resources. Work, family, physical health, and socialization are some of the top concerns in our lives, and it seems that 24 hours a day just doesn’t do them justice. Some can lose their balance, get ill, or find themselves stuck in a vicious cycle of waking up-working-sleeping, without finding happiness or satisfaction in their daily routine.
This can cause sadness or depression, anxiety, general tiredness, and a deep feeling of unsettlement. With so much going on in their lives, some live in a constant state of reacting to one crisis after another, feeling anxious as they try to control things that are simply far beyond their influence.
