Hundreds of people flocked to Camana Bay to celebrate New Year’s Eve by watching their firework display.

Red, blue, orange and green lit up the sky and reflected on the water across from Camana Bay’s Harbour, to the sound of loud bangs and crackles, as well as delighted “oohs” and “arrghs” from the crowd.

It was a great time for families, and thoughtfully, the display took place at a child-friendly hour- 8pm instead of midnight, so that everyone could enjoy the spectacle.
