From RCIPS: Motor collision BT/ Burglary arrest

Motor Collision
Around 5:30pm Wednesday 25 March 2015, Emergency crews responded to a 3 vehicle collision on Shamrock Road at the junction of Buddy’s Way, Bodden Town which caused a disruption in traffic flow in both directions for approximately 2 hours.
Involved were a Honda Accord motor car, Honda Sabre motor car and Freightliner truck. After the impact the Honda Sabre caught fire but was extinguished by bystanders using a fire extinguisher. The east and west bound lanes were diverted through the East/ West Arterial High way while emergency crews made the scene safe and removed the wrecked vehicles blocking the roadway. No serious injuries were reported.
Burglary Arrest
On Friday 27 March 2015 detectives from George Town Police Station – CID arrested and charged a 22 year old local male for the Burglary at the First Assembly of God Church, Old Crewe Road, George Town. The incident occurred on 23 February 2015.
He is scheduled to appear in court later today.
