London, UK, 23 July 2024: Fresh from its global dynamic debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, GV60 Magma Concept is heading straight to the Genesis Studio in Westfield, London, where it will be on display until the end of August.
Taking centre stage in the Studio in Shepherds Bush, GV60 Magma Concept will become the first Magma model to enter production with sales targeted to start in Korea during the third quarter of next year, with Europe to follow in the fourth quarter.
Ably proving its performance capabilities, Genesis GV60 Magma Concept took the fastest time on the famous Goodwood hillclimb for the production cars (4-seat) class. Piloted by highly experienced Welsh rally driver Gethin Jones, GV60 Magma Concept completed the 1.17 mile course in 53.5 seconds.
“Visitors to the Genesis Studio in Westfield, London will be able to see our first Magma concept up close and personal,” said Jonny Miller, Brand Director at Genesis Motor UK. “What makes it all the more exciting is that this is the first time the car has been displayed at a Genesis Studio anywhere in the world.”
GV60 Magma Concept was unveiled for the first time at Genesis House New York in late March, as the brand launched its high-performance program. With Magma, Genesis will develop a high-end variant of each model within the existing lineup, maximising both aesthetics and performance.
