          1. Mega-Talented Sungjae Im Claims First Win at The Honda Classic: With the amount Sungjae Im plays on the PGA Tour, it was just a matter of time before the uber-talented South Korean won his first PGA Tour event. That time came on Sunday at the Honda Classic, where the 21-year-old shot a 4-under 66 to win by one over Mackenzie Hughes. “I’ve been in this spot many times,” said Im, who had already collected 10 top-10 finishes in his first 49 career starts prior to this week. “Just gaining the experience, that really helped me stay in the moment and pull out the win,” he said. One such experience came earlier this year at the Sanderson Farms Championship, where Im lost in a playoff to Sebastian Munoz. That Sunday, Im needed three birdies in his last five holes to force a playoff. He made a similar late push at PGA National, making birdies at both par-3s in the “Bear Trap” section of the course. This time it was enough to hang on.  Read More . . .

            2. Langer Rallies From Four Back to Win at Tucson on Champions Tour: Bernhard Langer remains the force that all senior players must overcome if they want to win a PGA Tour Champions title. On Sunday, the German came from four shots back to win the Cologuard Classic. By the end of the final round at Tucson National’s Catalina Course, he was 18 under and two shots ahead of runner-up Woody Austin. The victory represents Langer’s 41st title on the senior tour. Langer, 62, is now only four victories short of all-time leader Hale Irwin. He got off to a hot start with birdies on his first three holes. He added two more at Nos. 7 and 8, then sprinkled four more over the back nine before making a bogey at No. 18 that left him with an 8-under 65. A final-round 73 left Brett Quigley at 14 under, in a share of third with Rod Pampling. Steve Stricker, Fred Couples, and Miguel Angel Jimenez were all another shot back in a share of fifth. Read More . . .

            3. Kocher Earns Playoff Win on Korn Ferry Tour at El Bosque Mexico: David Kocher survived a three-man playoff to claim his first Korn Ferry Tour title at the El Bosque Mexico Championship by INNOVA. Kocher defeated Paul Barjon and Chad Ramey on the first playoff hole to capture the title. The 23-year-old finished the week at 12-under 276 at El Bosque Country Club. Kocher, who began the day five strokes off the lead, climbed the leaderboard with four birdies on his first eight holes. The three players finishing at 12 under returned to the par-5 18th for the first playoff hole, where Kocher had two putts to take home the title after Barjon and Ramey failed to make birdie. He calmly lagged his eagle attempt three feet past the hole and drained his birdie putt for the win. Read More . . .
