Good start to equestrian season
The equestrian show season kicks off to a good start
From CIEF
Sunday 16 October marked the start of the new equestrian show season with the first national jumping series. The event was held at the Equestrian Centre off Linford Pierson Highway.
Judge, Tanya Neville-Dickson, presided over the event and Sharon Hinds (CIEF President) was Show Manager.
Unfortunately there were no riders from Cayman Riding School participating in the event due to last minute scheduling issues, but attending riders from the Equestrian Center had a fun and competitive morning.
Rosettes were awarded to the following:
0.6 m Pony class – First place to Leah Alberga on Blitzen. Second, Abbey Swartz on Blue Ridge Dream On. Third Megan Swartz on Zeus.
0.6 m Horse class – First place to Charli Milgate on Rambo.
0.7 m Pony class – First place to Megan Swartz on Zeus. Second, Leah Alberga on Blitzen and third to Abbey Swartz on Blue Ridge Dream On.
0.7 m Horse class – First place to Charli Milgate on Rambo.
0.8 m Pony class – First place to Abbey Swartz on Blitzen.
