Introducing the New LinkBuilder Platform: Easier Order Management & Faster Payments!

From Anna Nilsen

Hi there,

I am reaching out today because I have some important (and exciting!) news.

After June 2024, all of my orders will be managed through LinkBuilder Web App. LinkBuilder is an agency I’ve worked with for years and an agency I absolutely trust.

LinkBuilder Web App makes order management easier, opens room for growth, and allows us to stay compliant while including multiple payment methods.

The app is still under development, but the main features are:

  • No more multiple email threads in the inbox
  • Quick order confirmation and management
  • One place to track all of your orders
  • One place to add multiple domains
  • Automatic biweekly payouts

It goes without saying that I’m very interested in continuing our collaboration so I’d like to invite you to register in the new system here: LinkBuilder Web App.

After registration, you will have to update your payment information on the LinkBuilder platform.

Soon, depending on your location, you could be able to receive payment via:

  • PayPal
  • ACH (Direct deposit)
  • Wire transfer
  • Prepaid debit cards

In order for us to continue to deliver links at scale, we must also change the following:

  • By the end of June 2024, we will switch to a biweekly payment schedule (we’ll send a separate email with exact date)
  • The first biweekly payout will be effective starting July 1, 2024
  • Payments will continue biweekly on Mondays into the future
  • We can no longer prepay for links. We will only pay for links that are confirmed completed

There will be action required on your part. In order to receive payments after June 2024, you’ll need to register and update your payment information on the LinkBuilder platform.

Please follow this link to register and update payment information.

For now, I ask you just to register, add your domains and payment info. Later in June, we’ll launch the Web App and start processing orders in there.

You’ll be prompted to include the following:

  • Contact information
  • Preferred payment method (please note there may be a fee associated with certain payment methods
  • Digital tax form (W-9/W-8)

Here is the a FAQs for any questions about payment details that may come up.

Thanks again for being a part of the LinkBuilder community! This is an exciting update that will help us work easily yet more productively. We hope you like it as well!
