On Thursday, The Duke of Richmond will join Jacky and Luc on the Genesis stand at 09:45am, where the pair will be announcing the next steps of the high-performance Magma program.

Over the weekend, Jacky will take part in various activities with Genesis on the stand including an autograph signing session, offering fans a unique opportunity to engage with the Belgian racing legend.

Commenting on his appearance at Festival of Speed, Jacky Ickx said: “I’ve enjoyed attending Goodwood Festival of Speed many times, and it will be a pleasure to represent Genesis this year, to engage with visitors and be a part of GV60 Magma Concept’s global dynamic debut.”

Offering festival-goers an unforgettable weekend, fans can also look forward to the global dynamic debut of the Magma program, including the global dynamic debut of G80 EV Magma Concept. In addition, the first public showcase of G70 Track Taxi Nordschleife – Genesis’ enhanced G70 3.3T saloon designed specifically for passenger rides at the famous Nürburgring track – will take place on the hillclimb, with guests able to explore the model in the First Glance Paddock.

Luc Donckerwolke, Chief Creative Officer at Genesis, added: “I am delighted that Jacky is joining us at the festival and lending his legendary driving skills to showcase our new Genesis GV60 Magma Concept on the hill. We share a mutual passion for developing the future of the industry, particularly to promote and push innovation in design and technology.  He is a role model for many and there is no better place for him to share his expertise and knowledge.”
