UPDATE:

Jake Webster have received word from a colleague in Paracas that the Men’s Laser Standard sailing has started! 
The Lima 2019 website confirms that the Men’s Dinghy Opening Series Race 1 is now Live. 

Previous report:

Unfortunately, as of 3:10 pm CT the sailors had not yet started Day 3 of the race.

At 12:30 pm the sailors were instructed to launch, but have been sitting in the waters since. 

I (Jake Webster) have been following up with Coach Raph, but have not received an official cancellation.
