Dancer, Jessica Hindsley v. Cayman Islands Airport Authority
Writ of Summons in Jessica Hindsley v. The Cayman Islands Airport Authority CIAA) at the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
The legal action goes back to an incident that happened in March 2016 when Hindsley, a dancer from Denver, Colarado, allegedly slipped in a pool of water inside the Owen Roberts International Airport terminal and sprained her ankle.
She was treated at the George Town Hospital and was unable to perform at a private engagement she was here for.
The Writ of Summons says that after returning to the USA she still had to have treatment and the injury has prevented her from performing dancing and her work as a waitress.
Hindsley is seeking recompense for her loss of earnings and medical bills.
