Officers involved in the enquiry into the disappearance of Kerran Baker have arrested a man on suspicion of murder.

The arrest took place earlier this morning (Thursday, 17 November 2011) following a police operation in the Prospect area.

The 35-year-old man remains in police custody while enquiries continue.

You will recall that Kerran, aged 25, was last seen on Saturday, 30 July 2011.
