Caribbean Sprint Legend Kim Collins will have yet another accolade added to his already illustrious career.

The 37 year old Former World Champion and current top World Sprinter will be inducted into the TCU Texas Christian University Letterman’s Hall of Fame along with six other former TCU athletes.

Collins attended TCU between 1999 and 2001 and became one the school’s top sprinter. The three-time NCAA champion holds school records in the indoor 60 meters (6.53 seconds) and outdoor 200 meters (20.08). He competed in the Summer Olympics in 1996, 2000, 2008 and appeared at the 2010 for St. Kitts. He also has 7 World Championship Medals, 5 outdoor and 2 Indoor along with 3 NCAA Titles and a Commonwealth Championship and 3 time CAC Champion. He was recently listed in a special list of the top 10 sprinters over 100m in History.

Collins competed for the TCU Horned Frogs and received six All-America honors. He won his three NCAA championships in his final season in the indoor 60- and 200-meter events and the outdoor 4×100-meter relay and is one of only three Frogs ever to claim more than one national title.

The St.Kitts-Nevis hero remains one of the World’s Top Sprinters at 37 and an almost 2 decade long sprint career. His most recent meet saw him placing an impressive 3rd in 10.04 secs behind Justin Gatlin and Frenchman Chris Lematrie at the World Challenge meet in France on June 9th.

Collins will be joined by Wilson Groseclose, Paul Robinson, Bo Schobel, Bobby Stewart and Stevanie Wadsworth Ferguson and honored in a ceremony and banquet at TCU’s Brown-Lupton University Union on Oct. 10.
