Leading Canadian corporate lawyer David McIntyre joins Ogier’s Cayman team

A leading Canadian corporate lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience described as “a formidable name in the market” has joined Ogier’s Cayman team.

David McIntyre was most recently a senior partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Toronto office – he has held senior in-house roles as well as his time in private practice with Norton Rose Fulbright, and Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt.

David has been recognised as a leading practitioner in IFLR 1000, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, Lexpert and Chambers Global, and has extensive experience in international transactions, particularly relating to the natural resources and commodity sectors.

His new role will be split between Ogier’s Cayman corporate and commercial legal team, and the firm’s director services team.
