LIME the leading telecoms company in the Cayman Islands announced today the appointment of Matthew Seales as Human Resources Manager for the Cayman business.
Matthew has worked for LIME Cayman Islands for the last seven years and began his career as a Retail Sales Associate but most recently working as the Retail Sales Manager managing several retail stores. He will lead the human resources function within the Cayman business and will be responsible for the implementation of LIME’s key initiatives which are aimed at supporting staff development.
Matthew said “I’m absolutely delighted to be given this opportunity. I have been given the chance at LIME to develop my career and also to develop myself on a personal level. I want to afford that prospect to everyone in the Cayman community. I’m looking forward to the challenge that this role will bring and the opportunity to further develop myself.”

Matthew is married to Ariana and lives in George Town. He is the current President of the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman.
