The Law Reform Commission has been engaged in the review of the law relating to the enforcement of foreign judgments and interim orders. An Issues Paper which identifies several issues and options has been prepared for consideration.

Stakeholders and members of the general public are invited to submit their comments on any aspect of the Issues Paper. The Paper may be viewed on the following websites: www.lrc.gov.ky or www.gov.ky.
