Charge – Attempted Murder

A 49 year old Bodden Town man arrested on Monday 3 November 2014 for a machete attack on another male in Carrington Lane, Bodden Town has been charged for attempted murder and assault occasioning grievous bodily harm (GBH). He is scheduled to appear in summary court later today (Thu 6)

At 8:30 am Tuesday 4th November 2014, police in Bodden Town were called to a Kipling Street address where a male was injured with a machete after an altercation.

The injured male was transported to the George Town Hospital with serious chop wounds. An accused male, was arrested and remains in police custody for attempted murder.
