Man Charged With Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm and Possession of a Bulletproof Vest, Friday 20 October

A man, aged 24 of George Town, was arrested on 18 October and then charged on 20 October, with possession of an unlicensed firearm (ammunition) and possession of a bulletproof vest. He will appear in court this morning, Monday 23 October. The charges relate to an incident in August 2017 during which a large quantity of ammunition and a bulletproof vest were found in Admiral’s Landing, George Town.
