Cable and Wireless partnership means fans in the Caribbean will have access to United content via mobile, tablets and desktop devices, as well as through the Flow To Go app

Manchester United have struck a partnership deal with Caribbean household name Cable and Wireless Communications.

The FTSE 250 listed company will work with United to develop football within the Caribbean.

That will include hosting Manchester United Soccer School competitions and coaching programmes within local communities.

Cable and Wireless and its retail brand, Flow, will also provide the Old Trafford club’s Caribbean fans with chances to win match tickets, signed merchandise as well as the chance to interact with Manchester United Legends and Ambassadors.

The multi-year regional partnership with the telecommunications company also means that from the start of the 2016/17 season, Flow will become the exclusive distributor of the MUTV channel.

Manchester United’s Group Managing Director, Richard Arnold said: “Cable and Wireless is a respected name in telecommunications and an ideal partner for Manchester United.
