Memorial for travel exec, Dinaz Boga Kaprielian
From New York Daily News
Friends, colleagues and others will be gathering at the United Nations in Manhattan on Thursday 2.13 to celebrate the life and accomplishments of travel industry professional Dinaz Boga Kaprielian, who died unexpectedly on Nov. 18 in Orlando, Florida. She was 77.
Remembered as a “creative force and disciplined marketer,”
she was the founder and president of the Jensen/Boga travel hospitality public relations firm. Over the years, her clients included The Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, and Air Jamaica.
The communications/advertising agency veteran was also deeply involved in the Caribbean diaspora in the New York area — serving on the advisory board of the JAMPACT youth organization, supporting Baptist churches in the Bronx; working on committees planning Jamaica Independence celebrations here.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons or East Hampton Meals on Wheels.
