Michael Misick in plea bargain negotiations with the Americans and SIPT
We are being told that Michael Misick is in plea bargain negotiations with the Americans as well as the SIPT.
As outlined in a TCI Journal article a few months back, the Americans recently negotiated a plea agreement with Dudus Coke, the notorious Jamaican drug dealer who in his plea agreement acknowledged that he had taken a chainsaw and butchered someone in a Jamaican jail, smuggled arms to and from the United States, plus multiple other crimes.
If the Americans were willing to cut a deal with Dudas, they will cut a deal with anyone.
Michael Misick on the other hand lost his appeal for asylum in Brazil and the extradition agreement with Britain now includes the Turks and Caicos Islands. If he has any hopes to not spend the rest of his life in prison, now is the moment he has the most leverage.
Along with crimes that deal with United States citizens and corporations, and the Turks and Caicos Islands, Michael is said to have information on crimes dealing with United States citizens and senior politicians in Jamaica, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
Our wish list on the issues we hope he illumines in his plea agreement:
1. Lord Michael Ashcroft – Leeward, Oxford Ventures, Johnston International, BCB Ltd.
2. The $124 million dollar, 30 beds, hospitals construction scam with a 12% mortgage.
3. The fuel deal with Fortis and how some of the money was kicked back to him.
4. The murder of his daughter
5. The alleged murder of an Eastern European woman
6. Southern Health Network and how some of the money was channelled to Floyd Hall and him
7. What monies he funnelled to certain PDM politicians via his brother, Chal Misick
Bernie Madoff got 150 years in an American prison for his ponzi scheme. If Michael Misick can reduce his time in a United States prison to 20 years instead of life, it will be a worthwhile agreement for him and may actually help the Turks and Caicos Islands recover some of the stolen millions..
Sincerely,
Editors of the Journal
