Migrant Boaters Pass By
A vessel carrying Cuban migrants that arrived off the northern coast of Cayman Brac last Friday morning (1 February) left Cayman waters today, authorities confirm.
Communications were established with the 21 Cubans, who appeared to be in good health. Immigration and RCIP officials from Grand Cayman monitored the situation over the weekend, and they departed earlier today (Monday, 4 February) in their 25-foot craft.
