National champions Montego Bay United bounced back into contention in group C’ action of the Caribbean Football Union group C’ Club Championship.

This after the flogged Elite Club of the Cayman Islands 5-nil at the Montego Bay Sports Complex last night.

They were led by a double strike from national player Owain Gordon.

Montego Bay United who lost their opening game on Wednesday jumps to three points, that’s one behind leaders Barcelona Atletico of the Dominican Republic and Grenades of Antigua.

Both teams are on four points after they played to a two all draw in the opening encounter.

Group C’ action closes out tomorrow with Grenades meeting cellar team elite of the Cayman Islands in the first encounter before Montego Bay United tackle Barcelona Atletico in the featured game.
