More Cuban migrants in Cayman Islands waters

Another group of seven Cuban migrants entered local waters aboard a makeshift vessel.
The group of men arrived in East End this morning and were met by local authorities. Around noon today they continued their journey.
Within the last week a total of 71 migrants have entered our jurisdiction aboard five separate vessels. Twenty-six remain on Island.
To date there are 84 Cuban migrants in Immigration custody and are housed at the Immigration Detention Centre or an approved facility.
