Mourant Ozannes advises on the acquisition of Ogier Fiduciary Services
Electra Private Equity PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed investment trust, will invest £83 million of equity alongside investment from the current management team to facilitate the buyout which was signed on 1 February, currently subject to regulatory approval. Previously part of the Ogier Group, Ogier Fiduciary Services provides trust, fund and company administration services to corporate, private client and investment funds.
