WILLEMSTAD, CURAÇAO – October 25, 2012 – Curaçao Technology Exchange (CTEX), N.V., today launched the region’s most advanced cloud solutions. The service, is based on VCE™ Vblock™ Systems provided by VCE (a joint-venture between Cisco and EMC with additional investments from VMware and Intel) and ZUORA the world’s leading billing and subscription platform.

Starting today, customers can subscribe and deploy high performance cloud servers in a few clicks through the Internet and will only pay for resources consumed. CTEX_HyperCloud(sm) servers process workloads in less time than rival offerings using advanced CISCO UCS blades. Storage is secured using EMC’s leading high availability capabilities.

In July 2012, CTEX, VCE and Zuora announced a strategic partnership to launch the first advanced cloud computing offerings in the intended market. “The unified platform provides us with the ability to deliver cloud solutions for SMB as well as large corporations and governments.
