NTCI: CABOOSE BREAKFAST COOKOUT

The Mission House in Bodden Town presents our very first ‘Cayman Style Caboose Breakfast Cookout’.

Come taste all the staple breakfast dishes prepared outside on our old-fashioned traditional caboose; just like in the good ole days! Guests can enjoy porridge, fritters, sweet plantain, swanky, coffee, fever grass tea and fried fish.

Kids get to enjoy a live mosquito smoke-pan making demo and LIVE Music by members of Swanky Kitchen Band will be featured. After breakfast, guests can explore the Mission House and learn fascinating facts about this treasured site during a complimentary guided tour. Funds raised from this event will go towards the National Trust for the Cayman Islands’ Historic Programme initiatives.
