Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Luxembourg – Ogier Cayman announced Thursday (7) the expansion into Luxembourg by its Group fiduciary services practice augmenting its already- established offering in corporate, fund and private wealth administration services.

The Ogier Group successfully opened a boutique law firm in Luxembourg in 2012 and this latest development is in keeping with its strategy to provide the most innovative and comprehensive multi-jurisdictional services, through a significant presence in each of the world’s key financial markets.

Paul Lawrence and Michel Thill are heading up Ogier Fiduciary Services in Luxembourg.  Paul, the partner heading Ogier’s real estate service line, has been with Ogier Fiduciary Services since 2008 and has relocated from the Jersey office to establish the Luxembourg business. Michel has worked in the finance sector in Luxembourg for over 25 years, providing fund administration, fund accounting and domiciliation services.

Ogier Fiduciary Services in Luxembourg is licenced to provide domiciliation and central administration services and will initially focus on the provision of outsourced corporate domiciliation and fund administration services, including accounting, private equity, investment funds and real estate managers.
