Phishing Alert – Do Not Respond to Suspicious Email

Dear AACT Community,

We’ve been alerted to a phishing email currently being sent out that falsely appears to come from Quiana Clark-Roland, AACT’s Executive Director.

The email may have your name in the subject line and the message may read something like:

“Hi [Your Name]
Just a heads up, please let me know when you receive this email.
Best,
Quiana Clark-Roland
Executive Director”

Please note: This email did NOT come from Quiana or AACT. The sender is using a fake email address not affiliated with the aact.org domain.

If you receive this message:

– Do not reply.

– Do not click any links or download attachments.

– Report the message as phishing in your email program.

– As a precaution, we recommend changing your email password.

Reminder: Legitimate emails from AACT will always come from an @aact.orgaddress. When in doubt, reach out to us directly at info@aact.org.
