Police yesterday said they have no new information on the gangland-style murder of Robert Bush.

But detectives are hoping to hold a news conference today following Tuesday night’s murder.

Father of one, Mr Bush was shot dead in a car at the junction of Birch Tree Hill Road and Captain Joe and Osbert Road on Tuesday night.

Yesterday RCIPS Chief Inspector Angelique Howell said: “We have found nothing over night.

“We are still in the investigative stages of the crime, gathering evidence and statements by speaking to people to find out exactly what happened that night.”
