Exchange in the Automotive Cluster East Germany for “factory of the future”
Leipzig. Porsche Leipzig and the East German Automotive Cluster (ACOD) have invited key players of the East German automotive industry on Tuesday to a joint Innovation in the fair city. The event is the “factory of the future” using the example of the Porsche production 4.0 with the specific action areas Artificial intelligence (AI), adaptable processes and structures, more flexible staff deployment and resource efficiency.
Organized in ACOD network partners previously had the opportunity to submit synopses to own innovative technologies. more than 100 well-known institutions and companies such as Siemens, TU Dresden and the Fraunhofer Society, but also medium-sized companies as well as local start-ups, which are organized in ACOD had participated. “We have invited a total of 16 submitters whose concepts fit well with our current challenges.
